What should I do if I am not satisfied with the product?

The buyer of the ordered goods in the online store freeONbaby has the right to inform the company at the following e-mail address: info@freeonbaby.com within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to give a reason for his decision. The goods must be returned to the seller within 14 days of the notice of cancellation (purchase).
The deadline begins one day after the date of receiving the ordered goods. Regardless of the form of cancellation, the buyer must provide a copy of the invoice to Apollo d.o.o.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

The consumer may claim defects in the purchased goods from the warranty or from the material defect in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter CPA).

What is the shipping cost?

Good ordered from our online store are  delivered by a GLS contract partner.  Delivery time is 1-5 days if the item is in stock, it depends of a country where the shipment is intended to go. Delivery is provided by the delivery service, who will also inform the customer about the delivery time. Delivery is made to the address given by the buyer at the time of the order.

What if I'm not home at the time of delivery?

In case of delivery by GLS: If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the postal worker will inform you of the alternative pick-up location of the package at the given telephone number.

Can I order delivery of a shipment at work?

If you have filled out the delivery details for the work address, the postal worker will hand over the package to an authorized person to pick up the shipments at the company. We recommend that you arrange this in advance with an authorized person to pick up the mail in your business.
